Charge 5 band falls off

Band keeps falling off my wrist. The clasp keeps popping when I flex my wrist a certain way. Nearly lost it now multiple times. Yes I have tried the pushing the clasp lock the other way. Does nothing. It’s nearly gone in the bin so hope support can help

Sad to hear that you're having issues with the bands of your Charge 5. If that is happening with genuine Fitbit bands I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support as there might be something wrong with your device or the band:

If that is happening with third party bands though, be aware of the fact that they are not always manufactured exactly the way they should have been to perfectly match your device's attachment mechanism.
