I just got my fitbit Charge 5 and it fell from my arm 3 times because the conection between the Watch and the band is very loose.
i live in Brasil and can’t return it to the store. Please help me with a solution. The watch is very new. 3 days!!

Hi @MarreFitbit. they answered me on the Instagram saying that the support will contact me but I’m still waiting for a solution for the case.

Feeling very very disspointed!
i bought a broken product and you can’t do anything about it??? I live in Brazil but I told support I have an address in USA. It is very dispointing to spend more than 100 dolars and put it in the trash because you can”t do anything about it!! Worse client support I have ever seen!!
