Hello ,
I have a new fitbit charge 5. Within a month my band/strap loosens from the charge.
My charge 4 had the same problem this summer en it broke off. So I bought a new one. But now I have the same problem.
What can you do for me.
I bought both Charges in Holland.

@Biobak Are you using a strap made by Fitbit or a strap made by a different manufacturer?
