Two weeks ago, when i finally saved enough money to buy a charge 5, i was kinda disappointed with the band. The latch didn’t stay secure and it was uncomfortable wearing it. I ordered some cheap bands last week to try them out but before they even got here, i lost my charge 5 😢. My mom passed away recently and she didn’t exercise at all so I figured i’d start a healthy lifestyle. I know to some people $150 is not much but if your loved one doesn’t have life insurance and you just paid $12k on funeral expenses, $150 is a lot of money 😢. Anyway, has anyone encountered any problem with the band? Thanks

@Reynessa, I am so sorry to hear about your mother.
For your missing Charge 5, if it still has a charge, there are some apps available to help you find bluetooth devices.
