Hello @Bwillman , do you mean it undoes by itself or comes away from the tracker itself?
There is a thread about people having problems with the lower band detaching from the Charge 5.
I'm putting a link here for you just in case: Band falling off
I don't remember seeing anything about them coming undone where we snap them closed, but someone else might.
I hope you can get some help.

@Bwillman Welcome on board. @Wibby Thanks for stopping by to help our new friend.
@Bwillman Thanks for letting me know about your Charge 5 bands. Because this isn't the experience that we want you to have, I went ahead to review your details and I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. It seems they're providing you with further assistance, so please keep an open communication with them.

Hi, @Bwillman , sometimes you do need to clip it on and then give it a little wiggle and tug left and right to make sure it really is clicked in. Also with Charge 3 I found swapping sides on the band fixed my issue with it falling off.

This is the worst watch band I've ever had. The tracker is great, but whoever designed the band must not use it.

I’m having the same issues and support is making me jump through hoops to get a replacement pebble. I’m almost to the point of no longer wearing a Fitbit.
