Hello,
I bought my Charge 5 in October 2022, this Tuesday the screen turned into black and the battery drained so fast. I have tried all the steps what I have found here, without any results.

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected.
Thanks for having tried to fix issues yourself. First I'd suggest fully charging your device. Please have a closer look here to make sure your device is able to get charged properly:

Also I'd like to point out that restarting Charge 5 sometimes may take several attempts to be successful. So I'd recommend trying to restart it again closely following these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:
1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a reliable power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thank you for your answer, but as I wrote I tried all methods what I've read here. As it is within 1 year, I have sent back to a warranty repair this morning to the seller.
