Title says it all. I bought it in August and those problems started over winter. Now the charge lasts two days, it only wakes less than half the time, and the time of sometimes wrong.
I restart it, plug it in, and all that, but the problems persist.
It's never been wet, dropped, or any damage done to it. Its cost means I take care of it.
It's a lemon. Any idea how I proceed?

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @FriendRaven1!
Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Charge 5. As you've mentioned having tried all the usual stuff to get your device to work as it should without success, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance.
They'll run you through some verification steps to check that your device is defective and most likely will send you a new device as your Charge 5, being just 4 months old, should be covored by Fitbit's warranty.

Hi there, @FriendRaven1. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the battery, there are a few features that would make the battery drain faster than usual, even in one day. Some of these features are:
If this doesn't apply to you, it is recommended to follow the recommendations listed in this article to improve or extend battery life.

Hi! Thanks for answering. I didn't even know the oxygen sensor was on, but it's been removed. I don't think that's the cause really anyway, as the watch seemed dead (no vibration or anything) yesterday, for example, yet when I plugged it in it said 86% right away and it worked fine.
I've written Fitbit support about it.
