Charge 5 battery dies after firmware update

This is my second watch.The first one got stuck on booting after new firmware was loaded. I managed to get a new one under warranty.Now, replaced the one I believe within the last two months, the watch is dying soon. When I connect it to charge, it boots and shows between 70% - 80% battery life, but it is a false indication and I need to charge it to 100%. It looks like the watch dies between 70% to 80% with the new firmware.

I never buy fitbit products.
