Hello,

I've my Charge 5 since beginning of September 2022.

Last week the battery ran out of charge and since then even charging 100% it won't last even 1 day.

Why is that? It's under guarantee?

I see may other rising the same problem and seems a product design/construction problem affecting this model.

Very sad to find it out on a such highly cost device....cheaper would do the same but at least for less than 1/3 of the cost.

My battery just started something similar, but worse. Mine died yesterday in about an hour from 33%. I can put it on the charger, watch it go to 100%, take it off and it immediately dies again. I've been using the watch for about a month. I am going to try to reset, but if I jiggle it wrong and lost the connection, it does and I have to start over

I have not updated anything recently.
