My Fitbit charge 5 battery is drained after a few hours rather than 3 days. Also the red photo cell on the rear of the watch won't shut off at all. Fitbit is only 2 years old. Does anyone have a phone number I can call for support ?

I started having the same problem this poring. Woke up and my Charge 5 was dead, so I put it on the charger. Had it on for 2 hours and it is dead again. I will probably switch, as well.

I have tried emailing fitbit support but no longer supported. I have tried to get to speak to a person but that is also not apparently an option! My fitbit 5 in November 2022. failed in March 2022. Replaced. That one then failed in May 2023. Replaced. That one has now failed and I was given a code to get a discount on a new fit bit at the beginning of March. I actually wanted to challenge this but suddenly there appears to be no way to contact anyone!
