Charge 5 - battery draining and sensors not working

Fit bit charge 5 battery is draining within few hours.Now the heart rate sensor ,ECG and EDA also stoped working.Probably after recent firmware update the issue started. Green lights of sensor are also not visible.Many people are facing same issue it seems.Fit bit please help to fix this asap.

I have the exact same problem, restarting the devise did not work.

I tried to restart multiple times but still it isn't working.Please help.The problem startes post latest firmware update.

My battery is draining quickly in the last 2 days I've done the reset and that didn't help,  now what? Thank you!!

Hi ,

Tried restarting but it isn't working for me as well for many other people who are facing the same issue.Can you please fix it.It seems clearly to be a firmware update issue as the problem started  after updates and is faced by everyone who has updated in a similar fashion.
