My charge 5 a week ago went dead, wouldn't charge. After cleaning it, I was able to charge it and reset it.. Its working but it wont keep a charge for more than 12 hours. The battery is draining super fast. This is my 2nd purchase of the charge 5. I brought the first one preorder before they came out for my daughter. Six months after the warranty expired. It went dead and wouldn't ever charge again.. She got 30% towards a new fitbit, she bought a newer versa. Cant say she's super happy with it either.. my second purchase of the charge was mine at christmas the year they came out.. Now its having problems. So frustrated, I love the concept but I think I would be foolish to spend more money on another fitbit. My original one I had many years ago was the charge 2 and I loved it! Feeling Frustrated..
