I’ve been unable to use my Charge 5 all week due to its inability to charge. Last night I left it at work on the charger and got in this morning to see it’s still at 0% I’ve tried pressing the button on the charger three times, as advised, but still no luck. With the number of people stating the same types of issues, I can’t believe this is something we’ve all coincidentally done to our devices at the same time. Is Fitbit going to step up and make a statement about how they’re planning on resolving this issue?
