I have my charge 5 since 13 months and I’m not using it too frequently , usually the battery used to keep for 4 to 5 days , last week I used it and the screen frozen completely and had a :cross_mark: sign , I did a reset using the 3 button press, etc.
since the reset the battery drain in o my 6 hours , no gps , no training , no installed apps ( only one watch face from the app) nothing at all to drain the battery, any ideas what might be the reason , unfortunately my understanding is that the warranty valid for one year only and and it’s one month past due , this is my 7th Fitbit device and never had such issue before even with the really basic ones like the flex 2 which I have since 2017 and still using it perfectly as new !
