My fitbit charge drains quickly since sunday. I charged it to 100% and within an hour the battery was dead. Since today the display is black, it just goes off. I tried to put it on charge but it won’t turn on. I pressed 3x times on the button of the charger but nothing happens.
I trying to update but it won’t. It connects but then it disconnects. The percentage changes while it’s on charge and I’m trying to update it. It’s 56% then it recharges to 52%. Sometimes the display goes on and I can use and charge it. But then a few moments later it goes off and can’t do anything.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them and they will let you know how to proceed.
