Just so disappointing! Took delivery of Charge 5 to replace a Charge 4 that lost its screen after one year. Rely on it ALL the time for different scores. After one day the charge 5 lost its battery charge! Recharged it and again it drained after another 24 hours. Checked what I had running and nothing out of the ordinary. Returning it and just don't know where to head from here to replace it! Obviously with some of the messages posted the battery seems to be an ongoing issue. Why doesn't Fitbit take it off the market until this is figured out. I consider it an insult they think I have the time to try to reset it and then find I have to package it up, go to the post office and send it back and end up with nothing to keep track of my daily attempt to stay fit. Isn't fitness what the Fitbit is all about?

In addition, keep in mind the team is aware of a battery drain issue affecting some Charge 5 devices in which the built-in GPS chip may remain active after ending a GPS-enabled exercise and they've working on an update to fix the issue. In the meantime, it is recommended to try a three pulse restart. Please note the following:

jToo late! Off to the post office to return Charge 5! Definitely think this is a "you" problem and not a "Me" problem with the exception that I STILL think my inconvenience should be addressed by taking this product off the market until cleared up. Have you read all the problems with the Charge 5? Talk about stress management!
