Hello - first thing is - do we get any manufacturer help here or is this forum just to collect feedback ?
My Charge 5 is now completely bricked - cant seem to hold any battery charge.
I charge it from 1% to 99% in about say 2-3 hours - and as soon as I disconnect it - it goes back to 1%
What is the FIX for this please ?

I have the same issue and would like to discuss this with manufacturers

Hm yes, they are kind of keeping a low profile so far. I have recharged from 1% to 99% 4 times now - restarted and also pressed the button 3 times , and I wonder what other fancy procedures may there be to help this weird and sad state for the Fitbit Charge 5

Hello @chasfit ,
For the most part, this is a user to user community. There are Product Experts (PEs), users who volunteer to help out based on our experience & knowledge.
The Moderators are the closest you'll get to manufacturer support in the community forums. However, as best as I can tell, they are limited to the recommended troubleshooting from the help pages.
I'm not sure that this will work for you since you've already tried a similar process without success. When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work in your case, it might be worth a try.
Another unconventional method that a user tried was exposing their Charge 5 to freezer temps. If you would like to give this method a try, this thread (<-- click link) describes what they did.
