Charge 5 battery has to be charged every 3 - 4 hours

My Charge 5 has to be charged every 3 - 4 hours.  I only bought it 2 weeks ago.  This is my third fitbit and the first one with problems.  I'm so discouraged can I return it?

Thanks Davide.  Since my last shortened discharge, I have experienced one iteration of nine days (excellent!), and my current charge is down to 60% after about 3.5 days - so looks to be on track for another nine-dayer (if it holds).

 

The troubleshooting step that seemed to settle down the charging problem was rebooting the device via the button in the charging cable (which I didn't even know was there before!).  While it has fixed 2-3 instances of the problem, it doesn't stop the battery from dropping its bundle again.  I am hoping that the long-promised-now firmware upgrade will make charge retention more robust
