I NEED RESPONSE! my Fitbit battery is dying every 30mins! I want a replacement sent! I purchased extended warranty and how hard is it to even get a response for the replacement!

Hi, @Sftang sometimes this issue can be solved by restarting your Fitbit. Instructions are here . Please try both restart methods described in the article.
If that does not resolve your issue, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com and they will let you know your options. (If you are in the UK, however, warranty matters can be handled at the store where you purchased your device.)

Hi Julia, thanks for the response. I am located in Singapore. And I did all the troubleshooting stated in the community platform, but to no avail, it does not resolve it.
