My Fitbit battery lasted at least a week until I joined Fitbit Premium, then it lasted less than a day. I then turned off all the various settings and cancelled the subscription - but it does not expire for 6 months and so the battery is continuing to drain rapidly. I have reviewed all the Help guide, ensured GPS is not on continually, even now turned off Heartbeat monitoring, etc, etc. The battery still drained from 100% to 39% overnight, and I was not even wearing it. There was a change in battery life the day I signed up to Fitbit Premium. Can Fitbit Premium Expiry date be moved forward so I can actually use my Fitbit without the battery dying mid-walk?

Fitbit have now removed Premium altogether so I didn't have to wait until the Expiry Date of the subscription

This sounds like a hardware issue, not a Fitbit Premium issue. What device do you have? We can move your post to the appropriate device forum for better answers to your questions.

Charge 5. It seems to have had battery issue after software update.

Software or Firmware? The Charge 5 firmware caused a number of devices to exhibit rapid battery drain or become non-responsive.
I'm moving your post to the Charge 5 forum where you might get additional assistance.
