For the past year the battery has been unpredictable, sometimes it will last a full week with a full charge... other times it will last no more than 5 minutes.
Last week it died and I put it on charge. It came up with the logo and continuously vibrated while on charge, and I honestly wasn't surprised with how unreliable its been. I took it off charge and it died again. I tried several times trying to restart it, disconnect and reconnect the fitbit but nothing worked.
I was going to throw it away today and thought I'd give it one more chance as it's becoming quite a nuisance. It's come back on, I've been able to connect it but it has now got a red light on and the ECG will not work. Again I've gone through trying to fix it e.g. restart it but again nothing is working. Is there anything to fix these issues?
