It was all good before the firmware is updated to latest firmware
once it is updated to new version seeing below issue
1. battery drains out with in 24 hours
2. unable to have sync data from watch to phone
3. seems the functionality of watch also hindered with this patch, pls restore to old firmware

Hi, @scorpio83 , welcome to the community, there are similar reports to yours elsewhere, your best first step is to restart your Charge 5 -
How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center provides advice & guidance. This video demonstrates the process.
So far syncing is concerned I recommend you review Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center for it to be effective you do need an internet connection.

I am having the same issues! I’d charge and it last me all week, and with a snap of my fingers after that update the battery is dead under 12 hours. Went to bed with it fully charged to it being dead when I woke up.
