Hi, can anyone help, my Fitbit charge 5 battery has suddenly not holding its charge lasts for about 1 day! I have checked all the obvious ie; not on gps, screen not continuously on, has the latest update etc all of those type of things. It was absolutely fine a couple of days ago really strange. I’d appreciate any feedback.

Hello & welcome @JenAll

Sorry to see your battery isn't holding a charge.

When I had the same problem, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. This process finally got my Charge 5 "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Hopefully, you will have a similar positive experience.

The Charge 5 can be restarted 2 ways. Click here for instructions on: How to restart the Charge 5

Edited to add new suggestion:

A couple of our users discovered that turning off SpO2 seemed to help the battery last longer. One user also turned off ECG and EDA, which also seemed to improve the battery life. You might try these tips and see if this works for you.
