Bought my first Fitbit after reading the glowing reviews. After a couple of days my battery is empty so I want to charge it. Doesn't work. I tried everything in the article on this website and watched some youtube videos. The battery indicator doesn't appear on the screen. I'm rather annoyed because this isn't a cheap product. Please help me.
