Need to fix Charge 5. When you sync the battery percentage does not sync to app on phone. Only way to get it to show correctly on app is to close out the app and re-start it. It's very important they sync.

Hi, I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the inconvenience you're experiencing with the battery of your Charge 5, @SLHGolfGirl.
I've seen that other users have reported this behavior in the last few weeks. Please know our team is already aware of the problem and they are currently working to resolve it. In the meantime, and as you mentioned earlier, you can force quit the app as described here and reopen it to see the correct % within the iOS app. Rest assured that the battery percentage displayed on your Fitbit device should always be accurate.
