Charge 5 battery showing full but black screen will not turn on despite reset on charger

My charge 5 is still connecting to the app but the screen in click face is black. I have tried changing clock face via app. And trying the reset button on the charger.  Fitbit charge 5 vibrates but face is black. Help!
