My Fitbit battery is going dead every day. I have to charge it all the time

update to my situation. I ended up ordering a new Charge 6. While I waited for it to arrive I left my Charge 5 on the charger. A couple of days later when my new Charge 6 arrived, I hesitated before deleting my Charge 5 from the app and thought to give it one more chance. To my surprise, my Charge 5 is able to hold the charge and I am able to go about 4 days before having to recharge it. The version on the Fitbit is still the same but I think the app itself updated. My new Charge 6 now sits on my dresser as I continue to use my Charge 5. 😁

Thank you for the update. I've not had any joy with Fitbit themselves. They say I have no account with them under the email in which I'm signed in , this community forum has since asked me to log in and then not allowed me to use existing name hence the name change .... All ABIT of a nightmare for something they are clearly failing to admit on their behalf. Looks like I may get somewhere if I can locate the box it was in when I recived if 2 years ago as a gift, other.than that I dont exist, my profile doesn't exist and they can't see any active devices for me 🤦🏼:female_sign:
