There is a large discrepancy between the battery status between the app and device. Today the app says 36% but the Fitbit screen says 76%. I just charged yesterday so I believe the device. Is this a known bug? I wish the batt display on the device was larger! Very hard to read also !

@AE1M If you are an iPhone user, then this is a known bug. You will get the correct charge percentage if you force quit the app, then re-open it.

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the problem that you've been experiencing with your battery level, @AE1M.
As @LZeeW kind mentioned earlier, other users have reported this behavior in the last few weeks when using iOS devices. Please know our team is already aware of the problem and they are currently working to resolve it. In the meantime you can force quit the app as described here and reopen it to see the correct % within the iOS app. Rest assured that the battery percentage displayed on your Fitbit device should always be accurate.
The most recent updates about this inconvenience will be shared in this thread.
Have a good day.
