Up until 3 days ago my Charge 5 battery would last 6-7 days. On Monday, my Fitbit died unexpectedly (i.e. earlier than I thought it should) & I charged it…and since then I’ve had to charge it 4 times! Last night before bed (after searching forums) 1) I did a restart, 2) made sure gps was off, 3) shut off all of the alerts (which I’ve been using since I started using my charge 5 over a year ago), and 4) fully charged the Fitbit to 100%. This morning when I woke up, the battery was at 42%.
I did very recently update the Fitbit app. (It may have been right before I started having this issue. I can’t guarantee it, but it’s the only thing that has changed since this problem started.)
can you please help me so this doesn’t kill my Fitbit?

Have you contacted Support and asked for a Battery Test? They would at least be able to diagnose the problem.
