I've had my Charge 5 for less than 2 months and now it won't charge.
The first problem started a couple of days ago when the screen wouldn't function correctly. Restarted the device and everything was fine.
Then today it was dead. I charged it to 99% and then discovered it still wouldn't operate. Tried charging again and now it won't go past 1%.
What's the problem here and how can it be fixed? Does the device need to be replaced? I

Hi, @DamianPhils , for trouble shooting a battery that won’t charge please see this help article . Pay especial attention to cleaning instructions for your device, as debris can build up around the charging points interfering with efficient charging.
