Charge 5 battery won't hold it's charge.

Plug it in to charge and it will go up to 100% until you unplug it then it drops to 0% immediately. Bought new chargers and no help. I've had it less than 2 months.

Hi, @RiskyDevil , have you tried giving it a restart?  A restart can shut down any background activities that may be causing unusual battery drain.  Instructions for restarting are here .

 

To make sure you are getting a good charge, it might also be worth giving the contacts a clean.  Please see this help article .

 

As your Fitbit is only two months old, if neither of these steps help please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com .  Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.
