Hi,
Have a Charge 5 which got a little wet for a few seconds in pool before realising it was on.
Noticed the Logo went on when it was attached to charger but it got dimmer then now no logo.. nothing.I have tried the press switch ever sec three times but still nothing, also tried the fitbit help instructions for all problems but still nothing.
In the Android Galaxy Note 8 FitBit app it says it was synced 3 hours ago and says Battery is Full Charged.
It tries to sync but nothing.
I have tuned Bluetooth off on phone and on and it still shows as Paired.
In FB app I go to change face but get panel.. Unable to Connect etc.
Any help please.

These are the ports on the back. I see bubbles I think.

Mine died yesterday..still under warranty. Tried all recommended resets etc. For the life of me I can't find where I begin the warranty claim process although I suspect it's a total waste of time.

After a while I see the bubbles have gone, but it still does not turn on.
I have just seen this was a replacement sent to us on 23/3/22.
