Hello, I have an issue with my Charge 5 after I used it for couple of minutes in a swimming pool. For some reasons the screen is dead and the reset procedure of clicking the button on the charge cable 3 times is not working. The fitbit app can still see the charge 5 and I can synch the data. But the screen is always black.
Any idea what to do, other than ask for a replacement?
