Hi all,
i bought a charge 5 in april and yesterday the screen suddenly went black. it wouldnt turn back on no matter what i did. so when i got home i plugged it in and obviously it is now fully charged. but when i unplug it it goes screen black again. still says its fully charged though. i did the 3 second button reset and a device reset on the watch itself - neither worked. also when i try to synch it the app doesnt work and there is a red "!" next to the synch button. pretty disappointed in this to be honest as it seems to be a common problem . has anyone worked out a solution other than simply getting a warantee replacement?

Mine has gone black also even when charging. Won't sync. Tried pushing the button on the charging cable three times. Reinstalled the Fitbit app. Restarted my phone. I guess I will have to try calling someone tomorrow.
