Charge 5 black screen, reset failed, won't connect to app

I've tried all the suggestions regarding resetting, disconnecting/reconnecting bluetooth, and my charge 5 seems to be totally dead.  I can feel it vibrate when I attach to charger, but screen stays black.  I was trying to chat with support but can't get that to work either.  Help!

@LisaBurk Sad to hear that.

As your Charge 5 vibrates when you attach it to the charging cable, I don't think it has a battery related issue. But most likely your Charge 5 is faulty.

Try contacting the Support Team using Twitter, which is often reported by users to be the best way to reach Support:
