I bought my wife a Charge 5 December 2021 . It’s been fine and poof screen went black won’t charge won’t work at all. I contacted cust service they can see when I bought it although I have emails from Fitbit when it shipped . It’s very frustrating to deal with these people I think I’ll just switch to Apple after buying 10 of these . Help !!!
