I got my first Fitbit, a Charge 5, for Christmas 2021. About November 2022, it went out (black screen with intermittent lines). Fitbit replaced it. A couple of days ago, the second one went out. It will not charge, sync, or reset. I just got done chatting with customer service. There is not a year warranty on each device. They just finish out the first year warranty with the second device. I didn't abuse either of the devices. I'm not sure what happened but I'd like to own a device that lasts longer than 6-9 months. I'll not be buying another Fitbit product.
