Hi, My Charge 5 is about 2 years old. The screen is blank and it discharges in less than two days. Full details:
Is the battery pining for the fjords or making like a dodo?
Is the screen broken?
What can I do to fix it, if anything? Or is the only fix to throw it away and get a new one?

Since you have tried the steps and your Charge 5 still doesn't work, I need more information from you, which is best shared privately. I am sharing a link to a form for you to fill out here.

Hi, Sorry - I missed the bit about letting you know when I have completed it. I did so over a week ago. I was not able to add much, if any, information to that already given above. Let me know if you want any more information and I will see what I can do.
FYI - My Charge 5 has not synched for over a week now and I have been charging it every few days. The screen remains constantly blank. I believe that the steps and other information that is being recorded in the app on my phone is coming from the phone or another app, rather than from the Charge 5. This has to be the case because I have not bothered wearing my Charge 5 since four days ago, but the phone app still recorded information for the last four days.
