Charge 5 blank screen and won’t restart

Hi All 

I was using my charge 5 during a run this morning and all of a sudden I looked down to find the screen completely black. Tried tapping it etc but nothing. It was fully charged when I left the house. 

Got home and searched the forums for an answer and tried to do the reset with the charge cable. Got a brief screen for a minute but then went black again and was vibrating constantly for over an hour. 

I’ve tried both the 3 times button reset and the 10 second reset and nothing. 

Am already lost without it and it’s less than a year old. 😭

Very similar issue. Also tried the 3 press reset and the 10 second reset. The Fitbit does vibrate but nothing appears one the screen and it is not findable on Bluetooth. I use it all day everyday and need to get it working again!! Please help!!

Same exact problem. Nothing happens! Just died for no reason, less than 6 months old.

Same with me, just happened today. Blank screen, but syncs and vibrates fine. Resetting doesn’t help. Tried updating the firmware and that didn’t help either.

Bought it 9ish months ago in October.

Same here, but I went for a swim with it, so maybe its a different issue. They are sending me a replacement.

Same here!  Only 6 months old!!  So frustrating!
