Charge 5 blank screen tried to reset and it won't

Black screen but fully charged , tried to reset with charger , 3 clicks fitbit sign comes up but then still blank screen not had long

I'm having a problem too since last night. I tried charging it and it started and I wore it again but after couple minutes, it died again. I took it out overnight and charge it again and today i only get the date and time but the tracker has no data. Not sure if same problem but this is weird.

I'm sorry to see that both of you are having issues with your Charge 5. In addition to trying a restart using the charging cable, another troubleshooting step for the non-responsive screen is to try changing the clock face. Sometimes that can resolve the problem and you can change the clock face back to your preferred one. If you need detailed instructions, click on this link: Change clock face on Charge 5

If this doesn't fix the issue, then I suggest you contact Fitbit support. They will probably walk you through the same troubleshooting steps you've already done. Once they confirm that none of the troubleshooting steps return your device back to normal operation and that your Charge 5 is still under warranty, they should send you an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. Note: the discount is on the full price even if it's on sale in the Fitbit store. 

Like you, I experienced black, non-responsive screen on my Charge 5 and got a replacement from Fitbit Support. So far, my replacement is working great.

Sorry to see that you are also having issues. If you haven't already done so, I suggest restarting your Charge 5 using the charging cable that came with your tracker. If you would like detailed instructions, click on this link: Restart Charge 5
