I'm having trouble with my fitbit charge 5. It's screen went black the other day and I thought maybe the battery died. I plugged it in to charge and it started vibrating constantly. I read the steps online to reset it, and I tried multiple times. I then let the battery drain, plugged it in again, and tried to reset it again. The screen is still black and it just vibrates non stop anytime I charge it.

Hi there, @Hj148. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Charge 5 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices. That would also explain why you couldn't restart your Charge 5 either.
I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging. If your Charge 5 is still not charging, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If you managed to charge your Fitbit device, but the screen remains blank, try the following:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
