I’ve had my change 5 for approx 10 months, it’s been very reliable.
I use it to track my steps, swimming etc.
But, today the screen has just gone black. It syncs with my phone ok but the screen won’t come on.
I’ve tried the usb button etc but nothing works.
Any suggestions?

Same - tried the ‘3 presses on the button’ several times - can feel the unit vibrate but no display. Also - saw one post that said to change the clock face. Tried that and you could see the diamond and progress bar - very dim - completed this - still the display didn’t work.
The app is connecting and getting info fine
Any thoughts anyone? Especially you manufacturer types…..

The same issue - won't turn on, had it for about 10 months. Have let it sit, have charged, and tried holding the button for three seconds many times. I get a green screen for a couple of seconds then nothing.

Had a text chat with the support line today - outlined what I’d tried, inc changing the clock face - the agent asked when and where I purchased it then simply replied that it could be exchanged or discount against a different item. New one on its way.
Not happy it failed but happy with the service.
