Charge 5 blank screen

Tried holding the button pressing 3 times etc at least ten times still have blank screen. Any suggestions?

Hi, @Clolavin , as the restart has not worked, I would suggest try changing the clock face on your Charge 5.  You can do this in your app.  The instructions are here .  if that resolves the issue you can return to your previous clock face, if preferred.
