Hi there, @Hiilie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

i'm having similar issues. My screen is black and no longer connecting to my phone. I have tried to reset it with the charger, i get the logo appear but then nothing when it goes off. I have tried to change the clock face, but asit is no longer connected to the phone, it will not change.

What can I try next please?

Hi @Sparkr1

I suggest contacting Fitbit support. They will walk you through a series of troubleshooting procedures, as you have already done. Once they confirm that none of the procedures returns your device to normal operation and if your Charge 5 is still under warranty, they should send you an offer to replace your tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. If your Charge 5 is out of warranty, they should offer you a discount on a replacement. Note: the discount is on the full price even if the device is on sale in the Fitbit store.
