Charge 5 blank screen

Sinds this morning my Fitbit Charge 5 has a black screen. I followed the instructions on the Fitbit website te reset my Fitbit, bus this has no effect. My Charge 5 continues to track my activity, but I can only see this trought my mobile phone. I reported this issue to Fitbit customer service, but I have to wait 7 days for their responce. This while I use my Fitbit every dag! Does anyone have some tips? 

P.S. My previous Fitbit Charge 4 broke down exactly after 2 years, I bought my currect Charge 5 on April 2023.

Having the same issue for months..goes blank and then when I charge it ,suddenly it is back other times not back. To your point, device still working just showing blank. Mine was bought November, 2022 but have been dealing with this issue for month with no clear resolution.

Update.

My Fitbit still had a blank screen after numerous resets and screen changes, then started needing charging every 24 hours for a few days, then after 12 hours once, then stopped charging altogether. I took it back to the retailer who replaced it on the spot despite being out of warranty by nearly 4 months.  New one is set up and working well. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
