Charge 5 blank screen

My charge 5 completely stopped working and still vibrates but I cannot see the screen. It can still sync to my phone and sometimes glitches so I can see the actual screen. I have tried all the resetting options and not

Hi there, @sidnee090909. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the image attached and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 screen is still blank.  is still not tracking your heart rate. I will do my best to help you with this! 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I’ve done all of that & I’ve still got a black blank screen!!!

Yes it still tracks my heart rate. It’s like there is a wall blocking the screen because a tiny line at the bottom u can see some of the Fitbit screen. When I swipe I see the letters go by at the bottom. I tried changing the clock face and resetting, nothing is working. I had used it in the water a couple hours before it stopped working but I put it on water lock and completely dried it after.

I didn’t have mine in water but about 6/7weeks ago I went swimming & that was the first time it started this but it came back on the next day when I changed the watch face but it’s not working this time!!! XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
