Charge 5 blank screen

My charge 5 stopped working, I can feel the vibration after pressing the reset button 3 time but the screen is not turning on.

Hi there, @Iqbal.sanjib. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not turning on. I will do my best to help you with this!

Have you tried charging your Charge 5? As a first approach, please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5 once again, I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

I left it to charge overnight and tried to restart in the morning. Same story. I feel 3 pulses after pressing the restart button 3 times and I get a 4th pulse without pressing it. But still nothing. So, I am getting  a free pulse after the 3 pulses after pressing the the bottom 3 times.

My Fitbit screen is still dark. 😔

i got mine working yesterday after messing around with it for hours.

to fix it I needed my phone and to use the apps, go to setting in the apps and try to change the clock face, can you communicate with it? if so do you see pending app updates?  install them.  What's your battery level stat in the app? do you see firmware update available? try to push that through after the app updates, mine worked after I got the new firmware in.  I needed to do the 3 button reset trick to get my phone to re communicate with the device.
