What happened to my FitBit? Circle X appeared around 1720 (East Coast) yesterday, then went blank around 2030. As of this morning, sync has been lost with my Android as well. Been with this brand for over six years (this is a second failure) and all I'm told by the product support team is to clean the cord and the back of the tracker with a toothbrush? 🙄

I'm not aware of any "ticket" with the support team you mentioned. Beyond the toothbrush-cleaning of the power cord and the back of the tracker I've heard nothing else. We'll never make it to Mars this way...😎
