My brand new Charge 5 doesn’t hold a charge. I have all notifications turned off, and only sync it a few times each day. I take off the watch at night, and when I get up in the morning the screen is still on. Thinking of returning if it can’t hold a charge for 2 days, or turn off while not even using features. My charge4 could hold a charge for 4-5 days with constant syncing and notifications .

I have basically the same experience. My Charge 4 was superior to the 5. The five is a pain.

Even with everything turned off, my 14month old Charge 5 will not hold 24hrs charge. It's basically a regular watch ATM. Thinking of switching to the Withings brand. My husband is getting far superior performance. Both watches are the same age.

Good suggestion. I turned that off and checked the other settings to see what was draining it. Regardless, I'd prefer to use the settings and would like a product that would keep a charge as advertised. That's why I picked this model. I don't want to have to remove options to make the silly thing stay on a reasonable amount of time.
