Brand new charge 5 not displaying heart rate. Restarted device. Unpaired and paired to phone. Restarted phone. Heart rate setting is on. Ugh!

Yep, mine is very temperamental on when it wants to work and not also. Just wait until the clock feature doesn't turn on, then all this thing is good for is to keep track of your tan line.
